During an Online Assessment Programme, participants and advisers meet online in a secure and participant-oriented environment.

The online meeting rooms are accessible to participants without them needing any complex software. In the virtual environment, interviews, behavioural simulations and role-playing exercises take place in a fully-fledged, interactive session. Participants can prepare for this in the same manner as for any other assessment.

After the session, the adviser immediately discusses the results and draws up a report according to the same high quality standards that GITP applies to physical assessments.

AN ONLINE ASSESSMENT COMPRISES:

  • tests and questionnaires that are taken through a secure assessment portal;
  • an online meeting between candidate and advisers in a secure participant-oriented environment. The online meeting rooms are accessible to participants without them needing any complex software. In the virtual environment, interviews, behavioural simulations and role-playing exercises take place in a fully-fledged session;
  • The adviser discusses the results directly with the candidate in the digital environment;
