But how do you ensure quality and reliability without the advice or help of an assessment psychologist? In the GITP Academy, you learn to interpret and use assessment results.

A FLYING START

A quality test does not guarantee a well-founded selection decision or development advice. Everything depends on the person interpreting the report and discussing it with the participant. In the GITP Academy, you follow (for free) the basic e-learning that teaches you to interpret the scientific insights from assessments. This makes the assessments you conduct truly valuable and provides insights to build upon.

DEEPENING TO DEVELOP SKILLS

Following the basic e-learning, the GITP Academy offers a deepening training for the various online assessments. In this training, we address your practical questions and practice the skills aimed at objectively discussing the assessment results with the participant. During an online simulation, you apply the insights in practice, receive personal feedback, and a certificate upon completion.

DEEPENING: MATCH

In the deepening training Match, you learn to quickly and easily gain insight into the participant's talent and match it with competencies and the job.
