Welcome to the redesigned Talent Intelligence Platform for live assessments! A lot has been improved while keeping the experience familiar. Below we outline the most important changes for you
We have transitioned to a new, improved platform. You can no longer create new orders or reorder from the old platform. All your ongoing and completed orders remain available. You can find them under “Old platform” in the left menu.
The new request process consists of just three steps:
Good to know: the requester automatically approves the order. If someone else needs to approve it, ask the admin on your organization page to select “other approver” for billing. You can then indicate who should approve during the request.
As with the online assessment environment, you can choose the correct billing contact per request and select multiple purchase order numbers.

Each organization works within a single portal. Within a request, you can easily choose the desired billing contact.
Click your name in the menu and go to “My details” to see your current role.
If you need multiple portals, contact our Customer Support team.
In addition to selection and development assessments, you can now request a career assessment. This supports inflow, throughflow, and outflow:
For each product, you can select additional insights such as Agility (Learning Agility) and/or Leadership Roles. For the Junior Professional Assessment, you can choose one additional insight.
You can save the request at any time — all entered responses are preserved.
When you click “Complete”, you reach a summary page where you can adjust answers, correct typos, or change billing contact.
If needed, you can make changes later until the participant is scheduled. Some items remain editable if the edit icon is still available.
As a requester, you can already include key points for the intake in the request. The GITP contact person receives an email with a link to the intake and fills out a brief questionnaire with relevant competencies for the question. At the end, there’s an option to request an oral intake with the advisor.

The intake is automatically reused — except for the participant key points.
In the Talent Intelligence Platform (TIP), you can manage cancellations or changes yourself at any time of day. The process is fully automated with clear pop-up notifications for both client and participant. You immediately see whether there are costs associated with a change or cancellation. We’ve also added a few short videos to support the assessment journey. 
We’re migrating customers to the new platform in phases. Customers with special cases will transition slightly later than others. We aim to have all customers migrated by mid-March 2026.
