Develop Premium Training

Preparation

In preparation for the classroom training, you go through an e-learning module in which you gain knowledge about the theoretical principles of the Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector 360. You also fill in questionnaires yourself to generate your own Personal Development Accelerator report.

Time indication: 2 hours

Training

The certification training covers a total of 1.5 days in which practice is central. On day 1 you will get to work on the basis of the insights from your own report and you will learn to convert the results into practical tips and development strategies. A basis is also laid down for a good development discussion on the basis of discussion models and other documentation.

A few weeks after the first day, you will come back for a half-day for the live certification moment. Individually and in pairs you will practice having a conversation again, this time with a training actor. The day will be concluded with the actual individual certification moment.

In-depth session Develop

"I manage to start a conversation about the Reflector Big Five, but I think there is much more to be gained from the report." “The Reflector 360 has so much detailed information; how can I best discuss it?” 'How do I use a PDA to be able to develop my employee as optimally as possible?' Do you recognize one or more of the above questions? Then the Develop in-depth session is really something for you! In two hours we examine a number of profiles and read 'between the lines of the report'. We interpret the outcomes and identify opportunities and potential pitfalls within a profile, in an objective and correct manner. Become an expert on these development tools and help your employees develop to the maximum!
