Quality and safety are of great importance at GITP. That is why GITP & PiCompany have chosen aNewSpring, Vitero and Whereby for its online training courses and virtual meetings. This choice is based on our wishes and ambition in the field of innovative, high-quality services. With this choice, we naturally guarantee all legal requirements and all guidelines from our ISO certification and those from the NIP.

aNewSpring has been the learning platform for GITP & PICompany since 2016 for both our open training and Incompany offerings. We have been working with this proven technique for some time, especially for internationally operating organisations.

• aNewSpring is a SAAS solution. This makes these areas easy for the participant to access without complicated software installations
• aNewSpring offers optimal privacy. The participant is invited to the learning platform based on a link in the email to a unique URL, provided with an access code.
• aNewSpring is safe. GITP owns all data contained here and that is offered on behalf of GITP. The data is stored in high-quality data centres in Europe and complies with ISO 27001 and ISO9001 standards.

GITP & PICompany have been working with this proven technique for some time, especially for internationally operating organisations.

• Whereby is a SAAS solution. This makes it easy for the participant to access these areas without complicated software installations..
• Whereby offers optimal privacy. The participant is invited to participate in a conversation or meeting based on an email with and URL of the own online room of assessment psychologist, coach or trainer of GITP / PiCompany. This room is 'locked' and permission from the assessment psychologist, coach or trainer of GITP / PiCompany is required to gain access. The room closes immediately afterwards.
• Whereby is veilig. The system works on the basis of DTLS-SRTP data encryption. Chats are not saved. Whereby's data centres are located in Europe and comply with the GDPR standards.

The classroom meetings of our Virtual Classroom training courses take place in our own Classrooms within Vitero.

• Vitero is a SAAS solution. This makes these areas easy for the participant to access without complicated software installations
• Vitero offers optimal privacy. The participant is invited to participate in a conversation or meeting based on the link in the email and the code. This room is 'locked' and permission from the GITP/ PiCompany trainer is required to access. This room that has been set up for this purpose closes after every Classroom and is not accessible thereafter.
• Vitero is safe. During the session, data is encrypted with 128-bit blowfish encryption. Data Vitero's data centre is located in Germany and is compliant with European and German standards for data security
