Preparation
To prepare for the classroom training, you complete the Career Scan yourself.

Time indication: 1 hour

training
During the training on location at GITP or virtually, you practice in neutral and value-free interpretation and feedback of the results from the reports. We practice with the personal reports that the participants have filled in themselves. You discuss the reports with the other participants using discussion models and supporting documentation.

moment of certification
After the training, the certification takes place on site. This is done on the basis of ten films, in which a fictitious candidate asks you a number of questions about her own reports or if more than three participants have a training actor.
