Rijkswaterstaat Verkeer en Watermanagement is dedicated to its development. It has an ongoing program to support leaders within the organization in developing their leadership skills. Since 2022, Rijkswaterstaat has been running the leadership program in collaboration with GITP, focusing on Inclusion & Ownership as central themes. Approximately 270 directors, managers, team leaders, and coordinators participate in the program.

At TenneT, the manager of the Dutch high-voltage grid, there is an urgent need for engineers. Maaike Meima, Advisor for Resource Management and Development at TenneT, developed a two-year training program for junior engineers in collaboration with GITP. What does the program entail?
