PiCompany has translated agility as a theoretical concept into practice. Agility is now tangible and measurable with the Talent Match Agility. This test measures on five different dimensions:

  • Innovate: can the participant think inquisitively and out-of-the-box and deal with complexity and ambiguity? Can they make new connections? Think beyond the usual solutions?
  • Change: is the employee good at undertaking new things and seeking out unfamiliar situations? Are they curious about new experiences? Do they see opportunities to experiment and learn?
  • Connect: is the employee interested in the ideas of others? Do they make an effort to understand their colleagues, learn from them and move forward together?
  • Realise: does the employee always look for the best way to achieve success in new situations?
  • Reflect: does the employee take a critical look at their own performance, strengths and weaknesses? Do they aim to improve themselves and learn new things?

Employees can complete the Talent Match Agility online at any time and at any location of their choice. This can also be done at home. After the test, the report is available immediately.

Self Service Portal

24/7 ACCESS TO YOUR SELF-SERVICE PORTAL

You can quickly get started with Reflector 360 on your own. The Reflector 360 questionnaire is user-friendly and accessible online via your personal Self-Service Portal.

You yourself can then arrange to have your employees complete the test. With the help of this portal, you can distribute questionnaires to participants 24/7. Participants can take the test at any location.

Certification is required for the feedback of Reflector 360 questionnaire results. GITP provides this certification training. With the certification, you are authorised to interpret the test results and discuss the report with the participant.
