You yourself can then arrange to have your employees complete the test. With the help of this portal, you can distribute questionnaires to participants 24/7. Participants can take the test at any location.
Certification is required for the feedback of Reflector 360 questionnaire results. GITP provides this certification training. With the certification, you are authorised to interpret the test results and discuss the report with the participant.
