Each role requires specific talents. This certification training course focuses on matching roles with the appropriate talents. You’ll be introduced to the theoretical principles and underlying building blocks of the Talent Match report. You also learn to interpret the report and give value-free and neutral feedback.
In preparation for the classroom training course, you’ll complete an e-learning module in which you’ll learn about the theoretical principles of Connector Ability, Reflector Big Five Personality and Reflector Drives. You'll also complete questionnaires to generate your own Talent Match report.

During the training day, you’ll take a deep-dive into the underlying building blocks of talents. In addition, you’ll learn how to interpret and analyse the Talent Match report and how to provide value-free and neutral feedback. You’ll also take a more in-depth look at personality, to gain insight into the talents and pitfalls of your employees. You’ll be supported by interview models and other documentation.

The actual certification for our digital tools takes place via an e-certification module. During this module, a fictitious candidate will ask you nine questions about their own reports. It’s up to you to answer the questions by making a short video [for each question]. The trainer then gives feedback on these answers.
