Preparation

In preparation for the training course, you’ll complete an e-learning module in which you’ll learn about the theoretical principles of Reflector 360. You'll also complete questionnaires to generate your own Personal Development Accelerator report.

Approx. time needed: 1 hours

Training course

The certification training course takes a total of 1 half-day session during which practicing is the main focus. On the basis of the insights from your own report, you’ll get down to work and learn to convert the results into practical tips and development strategies. It also provides a basis for a good development interview using interview models and other documentation.

Approx. time needed: 1 half-day training session at the PiCompany location

Certification moment

The day ends with the actual individual certification moment.

In-depth session Develop (NEW)

We indicate the outcomes and identify opportunities and potential pitfalls within a profile, in an objective and correct manner.
