You can quickly get started online independently with online leadership tooling. GITP supports you in setting up the user-friendly Slef Service Portal. With the help of this portal you can issue questionnaires to participants 24/7. Participants can complete the test at any location.
Certification is required for the interpretation and feedback of the results of Reflector Big Five Leadership and the Reflector 360. GITP provides this certification training. With the certification in your pocket, you are authorized to interpret the test results and to discuss the report with the participant. This way you can take the test completely in-house.
