Hoe mensen in elkaar steken en wat ze drijft heeft mij altijd geboeid. Tijdens mijn studie psychologie wist ik al snel dat ik later aan het werk wilde als assessmentpsycholoog. Mensen écht leren kennen en inzicht geven in zichzelf dat is wat mijn vak zo mooi maakt. Ik richt mij voornamelijk op selectie-, ontwikkel- en perspectiefvraagstukken binnen GITP/PiCompany. Samen onderzoeken we de kwaliteiten en ontwikkelpunten om te bepalen of iemand passend is in een functie en/of hoe iemand verder kan groeien als professional. Als adviseur heb ik oprechte interesse in de persoon, de organisatie en de relatie tussen beide partijen. Ik ben analytisch ingesteld, eerlijk en nieuwsgierig.
